Reformer Pilates - Solo
Training on large equipment includes Pilates exercises using resistance from springs. It develops strength, flexibility, and strengthens all muscle groups.

Reformer Pilates - Duet
A workout for two people on the reformers involves engaging in pilates exercises together using the reformer equipment. This collaborative approach can enhance motivation, provide support, and create a shared fitness experience.
